White Rose Leisure was formed in June 1990 by two partners: Mr. M. Hall and Mr. S. Martin.  

Mr. Hall gained 15 years experience as an engineer with MAM INX PLAY and also as Service Manager at Amusement Machines Services.  Mr. Martin had five years experience with Crown Leisure and Rank.  We saw a niche in the amusement machine market.

There was a mini boom in Jamma Video Machines so they both decided to take the plunge and obtained a number of machines to start the ball rolling.

After two years of operating these machines we gained approval of major brewing companies .  These included being added to the list of Whitebread Tenancy's, John Smith Tenancy's, Tetley Tenancy's, Mansfield Brewery Corporation Tenancy's and Managed Houses (now being Wolverhampton and Dudley).

We also added Quiz Machines (SWP's) to our portfolio and enjoyed immediate success in this area.

During the mid 1990's the video market slowly declined, so we moved into the full package of supplies.  We now offered fruit machines (AWP's), club machines, pool tables, CD jukebox, background music facilities, crane and novelty machines and the latest touch screen machines.

Also about this time we acquired a small company, Yorkshire Rentals which resulted in a successful move and added yet more strength to White Rose Leisure.

Having operated now for over 10 years we bought premises situated in Batley, West Yorkshire.  This has given us valuable office and warehouse space to acquire the growing number of machines we service, repair or sell.

We are now entering the era of touch screen/computer internet and are heavily involved with nationwide tournaments which are proving to be extremely popular with prizes reaching up to £1000.00.

Our main operations area is within Yorkshire where we have over 350 various pieces sited.
